Returns Policy

We hope that you’re happy with all your purchases from our Dirty Harry Clothing website, but on occasion we understand that you might want to return an item. You can return items to us for a refund (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable.) To do this, please log in to your account and proceed to ‘MY ORDERS’ and either select ‘refund’ under the product you’d like to return, or select ‘REFUND MY ENTIRE ORDER’ and fill out any additional details. This will initiate the returns process and we will email with further instructions and once the refund has been completed. You have a statutory right to return your item within 14 days of purchase. Please follow the instructions on the return instructions online and return your items to the address below:

All returned items must be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Our gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable. All our gift vouchers last for one year from purchase. Until we receive your returns to our warehouse, the item(s) and their condition are your responsibility. We recommend the use of a trackable service and to obtain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods lies with the customer. Dirty Harry Clothing will not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged whilst in transit.

Please send any international returns to the above address after notifying us of your intention to do so. The cost of returns for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. For returns outside the EU, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods.

Returns Processing

You must indicate your intention to return an ordered item within 14 days of the date it is is shipped to you. From then, you will have 14 days in which to return it to is in it’s received condition.

Once we have received your returned items, we will send you an email to confirm this and once your refund has been processed.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.


If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will try our best to accommodate your request, however if the item(s) have already been shipped we will be unable cancel the order and so it must be returned.

Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect item or it is faulty or damaged and this was not stated in the product description, you will be entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at
